In a mixer, combine:
- 2 Lb. Ricotta
- 12 Oz. Sugar
- ¼ Teaspoon Vanilla
- Pinch of Salt
Fold in:
- Chocolate Chips
- Amount depends on how chocolatey you want the filling
- Chopped Glazed Fruit – More traditional option
