Our cannoli recipe has been handed down through generations. The addition of cocoa and wine gives our shells a dark appearance just like the ones made by our family in Sicily. In a mixer, combine:

  • 2 Lb. Ricotta
  • 12 Oz. Sugar
  • ¼ Teaspoon Vanilla
  • Pinch of Salt

Fold in:

  • Chocolate Chips
    • Amount depends on how chocolatey you want the filling
  • Chopped Glazed Fruit – More traditional option

 Makes 18 Large Cannolis or 36 Mini Cannolis
