Our cannoli recipe has been handed down through generations. The addition of cocoa and wine gives our shells a dark appearance just like the ones made by our family in Sicily. Every shell/chip is hand rolled and fried to a perfect crispness! There are approximately 70-80 chips in 1 LB.

In a mixer, combine:
- 2 Lb. Ricotta
- 12 Oz. Sugar
- ¼ Teaspoon Vanilla
- Pinch of Salt
- Chocolate Chips
- Amount depends on how chocolatey you want the filling
- Chopped Glazed Fruit – More traditional option
Makes 18 Large Cannolis or 36 Mini Cannolis
