Shipping Policy

Absolutely no returns nor exchanges due to our products being perishable. We do not sell any refrigerated items such as cannoli filling or custard, but we do sell items that you can enjoy or fill yourself, such as our cannoli shells and sfogliatelle. Modifications must be done within an hour of placing your order, as we fill our orders as soon as we can to ensure the best quality. Modification request can be emailed to We will do our best to accommodate, but due to the scheduling of online orders we may be unable to complete any requests.

This store is for online shipping orders only; in-store orders for pick-up must be placed by calling the store. Palermo Bakery will receive and process orders that are placed Monday though Thursday, excluding holidays. Orders are typically shipped the same day if placed before 1:00 PM CT. Any orders placed after 1:00 PM CT will be processed and shipped the following work day. For any special requests, please let us know at least TWO days prior to the shipping date. For orders larger than 20 lbs please place your order at least FIVE days prior.

No orders shall be processed nor shipped during the weekend. Orders placed after Thursday at 1:00 PM will be processed and shipped the following Monday, not including Holidays. Specific holiday shipping times will be announced on the website.

Orders must be delivered to an United States home address. We do not deliver to P.O boxes. It is one address per order. If you would like to send another package to a separate address, you must place a new, separate order on the site. Please make sure all information is correct before placing your order as we are not responsible for delays or errors in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Here at Palermo Bakery, we use UPS ground delivery to deliver your packages in a timely and traceable manner. We are not responsible for products that get damaged because of the delivery courier.

We are not responsible in the event that the recipient is not able to receive the package at the time of delivery. The courier may require a signature and thus we are not responsible for uncollected packages. Expected delivery time does not take into consideration weather delays or any other unexpected problems that UPS has that may affect shipping or delivery dates. For any deliveries that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses, you may be subject to additional charges for reshipment.
